Upcoming Training

The Spring 2009 CERT class is being held starting Feb 25 thru April 22 on Wednesdays from 7:00 to 9:30 pm at Salem Town Hall, 270 Hartford Road, Salem, CT.   Please contact Ed Shafer at 860-848-3030 x 331 if you'd like more information.

ICS 700 training is tentatively scheduled for January 24 and sponsored by MRC.  Reach out to Jody Rubino jrubino@uncashd.org if you have questions. 

Interested in additional training?

Check out the Medical Reserve Corps link.  You don't need to have medical training to participate in this program.   You will be requiredto have ICS 100 and ICS 700 training.  Visit http://ledgelighthd.org/disease_prev/Volunteer.html for more information.

Joining the American Red Cross also provides related training.  Ensuring that you have training in all three of these organizations enhances the probability that you will be activated to use your knowledge, skills and abilties.
